SHIPPING POLICY (U.S.)
Processing Time - Effusio.co orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Allow 3 days for processing and 5-7 days for standard delivery.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package has been shipped you should receive a notification email including tracking information.
Effusio.co is not responsible for delayed transit times once your package is in the possession of the mail carrier. If your package happens to be delayed, lost or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.
When placing an order be sure to check that your shipping address is correct. Effusio.co is not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your package is unable to be delivered for these reasons and is returned to sender, Effusio.co is not responsible for any shipping costs or fees. We will be happy to ship your package to the correct address, however, you will be asked to cover costs for shipping.
International Shipping - We do not offer shipping internationally at this time
RETURN POLICY
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit on all goods returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Frosting and spotting may occur due to temperature changes in transit. This does not affect the performance of the candle. We are unable to replace candles that have frosting or spotting.
